Overview

DrinksTO helps you find nearby Ontario liquor retailers, LCBO stores, and Toronto public washrooms using a compass-style interface. We designed the App to work primarily with data stored on your device. We do not sell your personal information.

Information We Collect

Location (When You Allow It)

If you grant permission, the App accesses your device’s location while the App is in use to:

• Calculate distance and direction to nearby places
• Update the compass as you move

Location data is processed on your device. We do not transmit your location to our servers. We do not operate backend servers for this App.

If you deny location access, the compass and distance features will not work, but you may still browse lists of places.

Information Stored on Your Device

The App saves preferences locally on your device, including:

• Recently viewed places
• Distance unit (feet/metres)
• Light or dark theme
• “Open now only” filter setting
• Drinks vs. washrooms mode
